By placing an order on www.hugster.love, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
All hugster.love products are custom-made to order using customer-provided images and specifications.
- Production Time: Typically 3-7 business days after order confirmation
- Production times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volume
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun
You will receive a confirmation email once your order enters production.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to United States addresses
- International shipping may be available in the future
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers, which may include:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
The shipping method and carrier are selected based on package size, destination, and delivery speed.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times include production + shipping.
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Prices vary based on product size, weight, and destination
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
hugster.love is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays or losses caused by address errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- hugster.love is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

- Carrier service disruptions
- Customs delays
- Labor strikes
