By completing a purchase on www.hugster.love, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final for Custom Products

All hugster.love products are made to order using customer-provided images and specifications. For this reason:

We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started

2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect or clear printing error caused by hugster.love
  • You received the wrong item

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product at no cost, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

3. What Is NOT Eligible for Refunds or Returns

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Low-quality, blurry, or pixelated images provided by the customer
  • Colour differences due to screen vs. print variations
  • Minor alignment or cropping differences inherent to custom printing
  • Incorrect size, design choice, or product selected by the customer
  • Shipping delays outside of our control
  • Damage caused after delivery

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

5. Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, hugster.love will provide instructions
  • Customers should not return items without authorization
  • Unauthorized returns may not be refunded

In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a replacement is approved, hugster.love covers the cost of reshipping

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Unauthorized chargebacks that violate this policy may result in refusal of future orders.
