All products are made to order based on the images and details you provide

Colours, textures, and final appearance may vary slightly due to printing processes and screen differences

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Image & Content Rights

By uploading images or content to hugster.love, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the images or have legal permission to use them
The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
The content does not contain illegal, explicit, hateful, or abusive material

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

The product arrives damaged or defective
There is a clear manufacturing error caused by hugster.love
